i WAS expecting a bit more , honestly. the gym seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel and lacked some essential equipment i wanted to use. ALSO , finding only instant coffee in the room seemed like a SERIOUS oversight , especially given the price per night.

I received a complimentary champagne for my stay. It elevated our celebration. The breakfast was delicious and served a great cooked to order menu. The king bed was so lovely. I found the location was excellent, accessible to other parts of the city.
The gym did not open until 8am. It made my early morning workout difficult.

i found the staff very cute. the daily cleaners were nice. many amenities were available . i could leave my bags with the concierge before check-in and after check-out,.
water was not replenished after room cleaning , a minor inconvenience. i stayed three nights and they didn't refresh the bottled water.
